Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Large eggs 3
  2. Yogurt 2 Tablespoons
  3. Salt 2 pinches
  4. Hot sauce 1 .5 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Chat masala 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Spring onions finely chopped 2 tablespoons
  8. Ghee 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take 2 large eggs , yogurt , hot sauce , chat masala , salt , spring onions in a bowl .
  2. Whisk the mixture to a frothy texture .
  3. Medium heat a pan . Smear ghee .
  4. Pour the whisked egg mixture to the pan .
  5. Cover the pan and slow cook the eggs in low heat for 2 to 3 minutes .
  6. The cooked egg will look light in colour , fluffy as bed .
  7. Scramble the eggs with a spatula .
  8. Switch off the heat .
  9. Serve hot .
