ABOUT Instant Rava laddoo RECIPE

A very easy to prepare laddoo and doesn't require much ghee.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chopped dates for garnishing
  2. 1 tbsp ghee
  3. 3/4 cup condensed milk
  4. 1 cup Semolina

Instructions

  1. Take a non stick kadai and add ghee.
  2. Roast rava till you get a nice aroma.
  3. Add condensed milk and saute on low flame
  4. Saute till the mixture bonds nicely and leaves the sides of the pan
  5. Switch off the flame. Grease hands with little ghee and make laddos.
  6. Garnish with fried Chopped dates.
