First soak head dal for an hour and grind it as a thick batter
Now take lemon size ball ,tap it using a polythene sheet and deep fry in oil .
Cook till it turns light golden colour and remove from oil
Now in a mixer add 1/4 cup of curd , 1 green chilly and coriander leaves add 1 glass water and blend it.
Take this into a bowl and dip the fried vada in to this buttermilk ,leave it for a minute and transfer to a plate lightly squeezed.
Now it's time to arrange curd vada
Arrange vada in a plate or in a separate cups ,first add beaten curd on the vada
Then sprinkle red chilly powder, jeera powder, finely chopped green chilly, grated carrot, karaboondhi and chopped coriander leaves and serve
