ABOUT Kashmiri Naan &Cheese Naan (Eggless & Yeastfree ) RECIPE
Kashmiri naan is a sweet bread stuffed with glazed cherries and Cheese naan is stuffed with cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 3
Maida -2 cups
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda -3/4 tsp
Fresh Curd -1/2 cup
Warm milk - 1/2 cup
Salt -1 tsp
Sugar -1/4 tsp
Melted Butter -3 tbsp
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
Oil -2 tsp
Cheese - 3 tbsp
Tutti frutti -2 tbsp
For stuffing :
Badam - 10
Cashew -5
Glazed Cherries -12
Sugar -2 tbsp
Instructions
*Sift the flour,salt,baking powder,baking soda for even mixing.In a bowl take the flour and make a dent in the centre add the milk,curd,sugar.Mix it well to make a soft &pliable dough(no need to add water ).Finally add the lemon juice.
*Then mix oil on top to prevent from drying.Cover with a wet cloth and place it in warm place for 3 hrs.Then knead the dough make 6 equal sized ball.Meanwhile Soak the badam in hot water,remove the skin.
In a mixie add the glazed cherries,sugar,almond,cashew,grind to a coarse paste.In a kitchen counter top drizzle some oil,place one ball,rolled it.
*Keep 1 tbsp ground sweet mixture,cover and pinch the ends together.carefully rooll the naan in oblong shape.Then sprikle 1 tbsp tutti frutti.slightly press it with rolling pin.
Then sprikle 1 tbsp tutti frutti.slightly press it with rolling pin.
Similarly Take a ball ,rolled it and place 1 tbsp Cheese for cheese naan,cover and pinch the ends together.carefully roll the naan in oblong shape
Apply water on the another side of the naan(dont apply water in tuttifrutti side).Then place it on hot tawa,so that the water apply side is stick in the pan.
Cook on low flame and cover with lid ,once it cooked bubbles formed on the top,now turn the pan on upside down and cook the other side in direct flame till it turns golden brown .
*Follow the same method to cook Kashmiri naan as we do in Cheese naan.Apply melted butter on both sides and Serve Hot !!
