Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Curd 1 cup
  2. 2 tsp grated coconut
  3. Kara boondhi 1/2 cup
  4. Green chilly 1
  5. Mustard 1 tsp
  6. Urad dal 1 tsp
  7. Red chilly 1
  8. Curry leaves few
  9. Corriander leaves few
  10. Salt
  11. Oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take curd in a bowl ,mix well to get rid of lumps
  2. Now add grated coconut and karaboondhi and salt
  3. Mix well. Heat a kadai add oil temper with mustard , urad dal, red chilly, finely chopped green chilly and curry leaves and transfer this seasoning to the curd mixture.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves anf serve with meals
