Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Sooji - 1 cup
  2. Normal sugar - 1 cup
  3. Fresh curd - 1 cup
  4. Coconut powder 1 cup
  5. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  6. Meetha soda 1/4 tsp
  7. Malai 1 tsp
  8. Salt a pinch
  9. Badam chpopped
  10. Walnuts few chopped
  11. Cashews few chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the given ingredients.
  2. Grease the tin . Pour the mixture in it and decorate it with almonds and cashews.
  3. Bake it in pre heated oven at 180 degrees for one hour. Let it be cool for half an hour.
  4. Place it in a plate. Sprinkle some coconut powder . Serve .
