Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Maida 1 + 1/2 cup
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Curd 1 cup
  4. Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  5. Apple juice 1/2 cup
  6. Baking soda 1 tsp
  7. Whipped cream 1 cup
  8. Thin Apple slices for decoration
  9. Silver ball for decoration
  10. (For caramel) Sugar 4 tbsp
  11. Dairy cream 3 TBS
  12. Water 3 TBS

Instructions

  1. Sieve maida and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl whisk curd and sugar.
  3. Add cooking oil.
  4. Add apple juice.
  5. Now add maida in 3-4 portion.
  6. Pour into 9" pan.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 40 minutes.
  8. (For caramel) take a non stick pan.
  9. Add sugar and let it melt In a very slow flame.
  10. Let it melt completely.
  11. It will turn in brown colour.
  12. Now add cream and water and stir continuesly.
  13. Add butter scoth essence.
  14. Cook it for another 2 minutes on slow flame.
  15. Caramel is ready.
  16. After cooling the cake, cut it I to 3-4 layers.
  17. Apply whipped cream in each layer.
  18. After that pour caramel on the ready cake.
  19. Decorate it with some apple pieces and some silver balls.
