ABOUT Caramel apple cake RECIPE

This apple cake is topped with a cooked caramel topping poured over the cake , I'll try to make healthy version of cake . caramel apple cake is perfectly spiced,moist and topped with a caramel frosting with gluten free option.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cup diced apples
  2. 1tbsp cinnamon powder
  3. 1tbsp brown sugar
  4. 2cup wheat flour
  5. 2tsp baking powder
  6. 3/4tsp salt
  7. 3/4tsp ground nutmeg
  8. 1cup vegetable oil
  9. 1/2cup light brown sugar
  10. 2cup granulated sugar
  11. 1tbsp vanilla extract
  12. 1/4 cup water
  13. 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Wash apples peeled n diced in 1 tbsp light brown sugar n 1 TSP cinnamon powder keep aside.
  2. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder,spices nsalt set aside.
  3. In the bowl combine vegetable oil n sugar until well combined (2min.
  4. Preheat oven to 350f grease the mould.
  5. Spread batter evenly into prepared mould n bake for 40-45min.
  6. Place cake on wire racker to cool for 10min.
  7. Place sugar n water into a medium pot stir to combine.
  8. Cook until desired color of caramel is reached immediately remove from heat.
  9. Very slowly pour in cake.
