ABOUT tangy bread biryani RECIPE

a very tasty and different biryani made with curd, bread cubes fried and veggies, lill time taking but the result are just amazing.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. rice cooked 1 cup
  2. bread cubed and fried 1 cup
  3. curd beated 1/2 cup
  4. chopped veggies 2cup
  5. kesar milk 3 teaspoon
  6. fried onions 3 teaspoon
  7. oil as required
  8. black pepper powder as required
  9. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. saute veggies with some oil in a pan.
  2. once they are soft add beated curd and stir constantly.
  3. add black pepper pwd and salt as per taste and mix well.
  4. add bread crumbs to it and mix till it gets soft.
  5. masala is ready.
  6. now in a cooker make layers of cooked rice and masala starting with the masala at the bottom, around 2 layers of each.
  7. end up with some kesar milk and fried onions.
  8. cook at sim for around 10 min so that the aroma goes all over the rice.
  9. tangy bread biryani is ready to serve.
