Ingredients Serving: 4
Boneless chicken 600 gram
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 and 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt as per taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
For coating, 1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp carrom seeds (ajwain)
3/4 tsp black pepper powder
salt as per taste
2 beaten egg
oil for frying
For making sauce, three fourth Cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp salad dreesing
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
half tsp garlic powder
half tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp Honey
For serving, 1 packet noodles
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp roasted jeera powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp roasted corriender powder
1 tbsp oil
Some crispy fried noodles for garnish
Some fresh chopped corriender
Instructions
Take chicken cubes in a deep bowl ,add garlic powder,soya sauce,dried oregano, salt paprika powder mix it nicely cover it and keep aside for 30 minutes for marinate
In other bowl mix corn flour, wheat flour, salt,black pepper powder and carrom seeds and mix dry it and set aside
In another bowl whisk egg and set aside
For making noodles, Heat oil in other pan add all dry masala,when masala roast add 3/4 cup water when boil add noodle packet and cook it till all water soaked when done keep aside
For Making sauce, take mayonnaise in a deep bowl add tomato ketchup,salad dressing, sriracha sauce, pepprika powder, honey, garlic powder mix well and keep aside
Now heat oil in pan, coat the marinated chicken in dry corn and wheat flour mixture, dip in to beaten egg and again coated with dry flour mixture and left in hot oil for fry
Do same with all pieces and fry till light brown in colour and crisp
Now take mayonnaise and sriracha sauce add fry chicken cubes in it and coat all pieces completely in this sauce
For serving, place cooked noodles in serving plate, place sauce coated chicken pieces, pour some chilli sauce over the top.
Sprinkle some crispy fried noodles and chopped corriender over the top
Now fusion fry chicken is ready to serve
