Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 liter milk
  2. 1/2 cup soaked sago
  3. 1 medium bottle gourd (cut in cubes)
  4. 1 cup Khoya
  5. 1 cup condensed milk
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped almond
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped cashew
  8. 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  9. 1/2 teaspoon cardomom powder

Instructions

  1. put the pressure cooker on stove add bottle gourd pieces, sago and 1 cup of water cover the lid and cook till 2 whistle.
  2. strain the water let it cool and make the paste
  3. now boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat. Bring the milk to boil. Once the milk comes to boil, turn the heat to low and simmer till it is reduced to half its quantity.
  4. then add condensed milk, cardamom powder, pistachios, alomond, cashew, khoya, bottle gourd and sago paste mix them well and carefully cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.Chill for 4 hours in fridge and serve it.
