Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dates-1 cup
  2. greated coconut-1 cup
  3. Ghee-1/2 cup
  4. wheat flour (Atta)-1/2cup
  5. Cardamom powder-1tbsp
  6. Mawa-1/2cup
  7. suger-4-5tsp(powdered)
  8. some almonds and cashew

Instructions

  1. wash the khajur and dry. remove the seed and grind in mixer-grinder. keep aside
  2. In a kadhai heat ghee and add nuts and roast on low flame till nuts turns crunchy. remove nuts from ghee.
  3. in remaining ghee add grinded dates and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame. add khoya and stir occasionally. off the flame.
  4. add greated coconut, powdered sugar, cardamom Powder and nuts. mix it well with the hands when the mixture cool down.
  5. grease your hands with the ghee and take a little mixture. make a lemon sized laddo and cover with grated coconut. make all laddos and garnish with cashew. store in a air tight container.
