Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 vermicelli ( fine ) 200 gm
  2. Milk 750 ml
  3. mawa/ milk powder 100 gm
  4. dry fruits mixed . chopped 100 gm
  5. Green cardamom 2
  6. ghee 4 to 8 tspn
  7. kewda water 1 tspn
  8. silver leaf 1
  9. Sugar 150 gm
  10. orange food colour 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  1. dry roast vermicelli.
  2. keep milk in a pan let it reduce ..
  3. now add ghee in a pan . fry chopped dry fruits
  4. in the remaining ghee roast vermicelli again
  5. add mawa / milk powder in milk . add sugar . green cardamom. and orange food colour . cook it for 10 minuets on low flame
  6. this is called quimam.
  7. add vermicelli. kewda water into milk . cook for 3 minuets. let it covered for 30 morning.
  8. garnish with silver leaf. serve
