Badushai is very famous sweet dish of india during festivals . it is rich in taste , soft inside and melt in mouth texture . Genraly it has made with APF and sugar syrup but i have made it with whole wheat flour and jaggery syrup for making it healthy .

First For dough - in a big bowl , add whole wheat flour , then add melted carified butter , curd , baking soda and a pinch of salt. Mix all ingredients well . Now add water and make soft dough . Cover it and keep it aside for 15 minutes .
Meanwhile for jaggery syrup - in a vessel , add jaggery and water . Bring it to boil and simmer it until you get one thread consistency . Turn off the gas . Now add cardamom powder to it and mix well . Jaggery syrup is ready .
Now take badushai dough and knead it again with hands . Make small balls with it and make small dip in the center . Balls should be look like crumbly texture .
Now take oil / clarified butter in a kadai , when oil is getting medium hot ,put these balls and deep dry them until they becomes golden brown in color .
Now put these balls into jaggery syrup for about 10 minutes And take out from syrup .
Whole wheat flour badushai is ready . Garnish with some chopped nuts and enjoy .
