Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 1/2 litter
  2. Sugar - 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup
  3. Mango pulp - 2 cup
  4. Curd - 2 tbsp
  5. Fresh mango balls - 8 pieces

Instructions

  1. Cook the mango pulp and 1/2 cup Sugar, reduce the complete mixture to 1 cup by string it on low flame. Cool it
  2. Boil the milk and reduce it to half of the amount. Add 1/4 cup sugar and cook .leave it aside to cool
  3. Now once the milk is warm, add 3 tbsp of mango pulp and 2 tbsp curd . Mix it properly.
  4. Now pour the mixture into small ramekins and set in preheated oven for 3 hours at 45 degree Celsius.
  5. Chilly and decorate with fresh mango and serve.
