ABOUT CONIZZA RECIPE

A spicy lovely Sunday with a spicy snack... Made "CONIZZA", cone shaped baked pizza bread, stuffed with corns, veggies, little chicken and a bit of cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Maida - 11o gm
  2. Yeast - 5 gm
  3. Sugar - 1 tsp
  4. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  5. Milk - 1 tbsp
  6. For stuffing
  7. Chopped chicken pieces - 1/2 cup
  8. Chopped red Bell pepper - 1/2 cup
  9. Capsicum chopped- 1/2 cup
  10. Boiled sweet corn- 1/2 cup
  11. Chopped chillies - 1 tbsp
  12. Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
  13. Shredded cheese - 1/2 cup
  14. Oregano - 1 tsp
  15. Chilly flakes - 1.tsp
  16. Crushed pepper - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Red bell peppers, capsicum, chicken pieces, onion, chillies and sweet corn.
  2. Mix dry yeast ,sugar and salt with maida and make soft dough. Keep 60 minutes for rest. Make aluminium cone. After 1 hour punch to remove the airetion from the dough. Roll the dough and cut to make stripes. Spiral the stripes on the aluminium cones . Rest for another 15 minutes. Brush milk on the cones.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove cones from foil.
  4. Mix all the stuffing ingredients with spices and fill it in the cones. Topped with grated cheese and serve conizza.
