Simple chizza with a twist

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown bread slices
  2. Semolina 1/2 cup
  3. Curd 1 cup
  4. Onion chopped 1 cup
  5. Capsicum chopped 1 cup
  6. Green chilli chopped 2
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper
  9. oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix semolina, curd, onion, capsicum, green chilli, salt and pepper. Keep this paste aside.
  2. Now take a brown bread slice and cover one side of bread with layer of sooji mixture.
  3. Season your pan with oil keep the bread on tava with mixture side down.
  4. Wait for few minutes now apply very little oil on the other side of the bread. Turn the bread toast it from both sides.
  5. When your bread is having a nice colour it means that it is ready. Grate some cheese on it.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup.
