Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dosa-1/4 cup poha
  2. 3/4 cup urad dal
  3. 3 cups boiled rice
  4. For Sagu-Mixed veggies- 2 cups
  5. One onion
  6. Two tomatoes
  7. 1/2 cup chopped coconut
  8. Khuskhus 1 tsp
  9. Ginger garlic paste
  10. 1 tsp haldi
  11. Red chillie powder
  12. curry leaves
  13. For chutney-
  14. Onion one
  15. One tomato
  16. Coconut 1/2 cup
  17. Red whole chillis 2
  18. salt

Instructions

  1. Dosa- soak all for 4-5 hrs and grind with soaked poha, ferment for 5-6 hrs add salt n make thick dosas with butter.
  2. Boil veggies, make a paste of the rest of the ingredients in a kadai, add rai, add the paste and saute well, add curry patta, and the veggies, adjust salt, cook on low flame.
  3. For chutney in a tsp oil add sliced onion, tomato whole red chilli n coconut, add salt.Saute well n grind.
