Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dried ragi sevai 1 pkt
  2. Water 250 ml
  3. Onion 1
  4. Green chilli 2
  5. Red chilli 2
  6. Channa dal 1 tsp
  7. Mustard seed 1 tsp
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Tumeric 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Soak the savai for 3 minutes with salt and cook in steam for 10 mins
  2. Mean time heat tsp of oil, season with mustard seeds and red chilli
  3. Then add green chilli and onion fry it
  4. Add salt and cooled savai mix well
  5. Serve with coconut chutney.
