Take a mixing bowl and mix together rawa, rice flour, urad dal flour and curd.
Make a medium thick batter, cover and keep the batter for 3 hours to ferment.
Add salt just before making the Uttapams.
Heat a tawa and grease it with a little oil, wipe it with a soft cloth or a tissue paper or even with an onion piece.
Pour the batter in the center then with a ladle spread it out in a circular motion, making it into a disc.
Sprinkle onion, green chillies and chopped coriander on top.
Put some oil on the sides. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side.
Then flip it over to other side. Again put some oil on the sides.
Cook further for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
Take out on a serving plate . You can serve this with any Chutney or Sambar of your choice.
