Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/4 kg semiya
  2. 1 tsp lemon juice
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds,
  5. 1/2 tsp jera seeds
  6. 1/3 cup ground nuts
  7. 4 green chili slices
  8. 1/2 tsp chana dol
  9. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  10. 1/2 tsp haldi

Instructions

  1. Keep a bowl put water to boil it seems
  2. Add salt,oil keep boil till bubbling add sev cook as softening
  3. Strain water keep a side
  4. Keep a Fri pan add oil put tadaka when it's splitting
  5. Add chanadol , ground nuts Fri as gold colour
  6. Add chili , coriander,salt ,haldi keep Fri as all these
  7. Add sev ,mix up gently put lemon juice turn off
  8. Ready to serve lemon semiya poha
