Ingredients Serving: 1
Mixed Sprouts boiled 1/2 cup
Bellpeppers chopped 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs 1 tbsp
Chilly flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Fresh Rosemary 1/4 tsp
Fresh Thyme 1/8 tsp
Chilly sauce 1/2 tsp
parsley chopped 1 tbsp
Black olive rings 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
For slurry 2 tbsp maida
Water as required
Black pepper powder 1/8 tsp
salt as per taste
Oil for shallow fry 1 tbsp
For serving burger bun 1
Lettuce leaves 2
Tomato slices 4
Onion slice 4
Cheese slice 2
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
For garnishing cherry tomatoes 2
Black olive rings 2
Capsicum flower 1
Instructions
Take a bowl and add boiled sprouts in it mash it properly
Add 1 tbsp bread crumbs, chilly flakes, oregano, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, chilly sauce, parsley, bellpeppers, onion, black olive rings and salt.mix it well and prepare a Tikki from it
Add water in maida add pinch of black pepper and salt and prepare a slurry
Dip Tikki in slurry and cover it from fresh bread crumbs
Take olive oil in pan and shallow fry Tikki in it
Now we will assemble burger.cut the burger bun into two peace and roast it slightly on pan
Arrange burger bun on a plate.Apply mayonnaise and ketchup on it on both part.put 1 cheese slice on it. lettuce leaves on burger bun and sprouts Tikki on it then after put tomato slices, onion slices and again cheese slice on it cover the burger bun with second part
garnish with cherry tomatoes, olive rings, capsicum flower and tomato ketchup
serve it hot I am damn sure kids will definitely enjoy.
