Veggie sandwich is perfect breakfast for your kids with lots of veggies 7 cheese .so its easy, quick , healthy recipe to start any morning.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6bread slices
  2. 1cup grated carrot
  3. 1chopped bell pepper
  4. 1 round chopped tomato
  5. 1 cup chopped cabbage
  6. 1/2 grated beetroot
  7. Crushed ginger
  8. 4-5 olives
  9. 3 cheese slices
  10. 1tbsp tomato sauce
  11. 1tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Take bread slices & roast it for 1-2min.now cut with cutter in round shape.
  2. Meanwhile take a pan add olive oil now add crushed ginger ,add capsicum , carrot & cabbage saute for 5min now add salt . keep aside.
  3. Now 1 slice add peanut butter & another slice tomato sauce.
  4. Take peanut butter bread spread mixture of veggies now add cheese slice , beetroot , tomato slice now cover with another bread slices.
  5. Garnish with olive & serve
