Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For dosa batter
  2. 3 cups rice
  3. 1 cup urad daal
  4. 2 tbsp chana daal
  5. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  6. 1 tsp sugar
  7. 2 cup buttermilk
  8. Water as required
  9. Salt to taste
  10. For maisur bhaji
  11. 2 cup mix vegetables ( carrot , beans , cauliflower , potato ,and peas )
  12. 1 cup tomato puree
  13. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 1 tsp garam masala
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 2 tbsp butter
  17. 1 tsp oil
  18. 1 onion finely chopped
  19. Corriender leaves
  20. For garlic chutney :-
  21. 10-15 dry whole chillies soaked in water for 15 minutes
  22. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  23. Salt to taste
  24. Garlic cloves 12-15

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice, chana daal , methi seeds and urad daal together for atleast 6 hours in and keep aside with lid
  2. After 6 hours discard the water and make smooth paste in mixer grider by adding sugar and butter milk as required and make a batter with thick consistancy , add water if required
  3. Add salt in the batter , and rest it for 5-6 hours to ferment the batter
  4. Now prepare garlic chutney by blendind all the ibgredients together and keep aside
  5. For making maisur bhaji , boil all the mix vegetables and mash them together
  6. In a pan add 2 tbsp butter with 1 tsp oil and add onion to saute
  7. As onions became tranlucent add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes
  8. Add boiled and mashed vegetables and add 2-3 tbsp or as required , garlic chutney and add all dry spices in it
  9. Cook for 4-5 minutes
  10. Sprinkle corriender leaves , maisur bhaji is ready
  11. Now heat a nonstick griddle , make a dosa with batter
  12. Add 1 tbsp of maisur bhaji on uper surface of dosa and spread evenly , sprinkle some corriender leaves , and roast till crisp and golden and roll the dosa
  13. Serve the dosa hot , with msisur bhaji , snd sambhar
