Fry half of nuts in ghee until golden.
Saute raisins and set aside.
Roughly chop remaining nuts and keep aside.
In the same pan, fry vermicelli till golden.
Bring milk to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add dates to a bowl and add milk to soak them.
Add vermicelli and nuts to the boiling milk and cook until done.
Add sugar and stir.
Add cardamom powder.
Switch off the heat and add dates along with milk.
Add Raisins and sprinkle chopped pistachios and almonds.
Serve sheer khurma warm or chilled.
