ABOUT Mango Malai Basket RECIPE

This is a delicious and easy desert made with mangoes, vermicelli and condensed milk. My kids love these desert and i make this for them quite often.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Semolina 2cups
  2. Powdered sugar 2 tspn
  3. Condensed Milk 4 tspn
  4. Cardamom powder 1tspn
  5. Hung curd half cup
  6. Fresh cream 2 tspn
  7. Mango pulp half cup
  8. Ghee 2 tspn

Instructions

  1. Put ghee in a pan and fry the semolina until its brown
  2. Put condensed milk into the fried semolina and mix it
  3. Take one bowl and put the semolina mix into the bowl press it with the spoon to make a basket like shape.
  4. Put it into the refrigerator to set around 10 to 15 mins.
  5. For the malai take a mixing bowl and put hung card following half cup mango pulp, powdered sugar, condensed milk, cardamom powder and fresh cream mix well like a smooth paste.
  6. Take out the semolina bowl from the refrigerator.
  7. After 15 mins the semolina will set and form like a basket.
  8. Pour the mango malai into the basket and again keep into the refrigerator for another 2 mins.
  9. My Mango Malai Basket is ready to serve.
