Take a idli and cut it in 4 pieces. Do the same with all idlis.
Heat a pan and add oil.when oil gets heated,low the flame.
Add in mustard seeds. When mustard seeds gets spulter, add in curry leaves and all masala ingredients.
Saute for a minute on low flame.
Add in idlis and mix well.cook for 1 minute then switch off the flame.
Your masala idlis are ready. Serve hot.
