Cut the left over parota into small pieces using knife.
In pan heat oil.add onion.saute it till golden brown.
After add ginger garlic paste.mix well.cook for 5 min.then add beaten egg.stir well
And then add tomato,salt,red chilli powder,soya sauce, chicken powder,tomato sauce.mix well.
Now add parota pieces.mix well.add 1 tsp of water.cook in high flame
Cook for 10-15 min.now add lemon juice and switch off the flame.
Spicy egg fried parota is ready
