Heat oil, add cumin seeds & let it crackle.Add chopped onion & ginger paste & saute it for a while.
Add moong dal & fry it for few minutes.
Add vegetables.
Add daliya.
Add all spices.Mix it well & stir it constantly for at least 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add water.Cover it & let it boil.
Spread grated cheese & serve it hot with salads.
