Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer cubes 9-10
  2. Onion 1 cut in cubes
  3. Capsicum 1 cut in cubes
  4. Hung curd 1/2cup
  5. Schezwan sauce 2-3tbsp
  6. Cumin powder 1tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  8. Black pepper powder 1tsp
  9. garam masala powder 1tsp
  10. Mixed herbs 1tsp
  11. Oil 2tbsp
  12. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Assemble all the ingredients.
  2. In a bowl add hung curd, schezwan sauce, salt and all the masala powder, mix well.
  3. Add the paneer cubes, onion cubes, capsicum cubes. Mix.
  4. Keep in refrigerator for 1-2hours.
  5. Arrange the paneer, veggies in skewers or in toothpick.
  6. Heat a nonstick grill pan, put oil, then put the skewers and roast till all the sides cooked well.
  7. Remove the skewers before serving.
