Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton 1 cup
  2. Onion 2
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  5. Onion paste 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Green chilli 2
  8. Red chilli powder 3 tsp
  9. Pepper jeera powder 2-4 tsp
  10. Salt as required
  11. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In cooker heat oil add onion .saute it till it reaches golden brown.
  2. After add ginger garlic paste and onion paste.mix it cook for 5 min.after add tomato.
  3. Now add salt, turmeric powder,green chillies,Red chilli powder mix well.cook for 3 min
  4. After add mutton pieces.mix with masala paste.cook for 5 min in oil.and then add 3-4 cups of water.
  5. Now add pepper jeera powder 2 tsp.wait for 6-7 whistles.open the lid.add 1 and half tsp of pepper jeera powder.
  6. Cook in low flame for 15 min.cook well till gravy gets thick.
  7. Spicy Mutton chilli pepper Gravy is ready to serve.
