ABOUT Paneer lababdar RECIPE

A recipe that has its roots dug deep into the North of India. Right from its name to a blend of fiery spices, the Paneer Lababdar is a delight brimming with the goodness of protein and calcium.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tablespoon oil
  2. 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  4. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  6. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  7. 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  8. 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander pwd
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 2 tablespoon water
  11. 1 tsp lime juice
  12. 7-8 paneer cubes
  13. 1 teaspoon coriander, chopped

Instructions

  1. To make Paneer Lababdar heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add onions, ginger paste, garlic paste and saute them.
  3. Then add turmeric powder, garam masala, chilli flakes, salt, dry coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Add the mixture to a mixture jar. Add water and make a fine paste.
  5. Empty the jar into the same pan. Add lime juice, paneer, coriander leaves and mix it well.
  6. Paneer Lababdar is ready.
