ABOUT Rohu with Musambi RECIPE

We regularly eat rohu with mustard seeds paste or curri with tomato, garlic,ginger paste,I prepared a new dish ruhu with musambi.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Rohu fish 2
  2. Musambi 1
  3. Ginger and garlic paste 1,1/2 tablespoon
  4. cumin powder 1 tablespoon
  5. Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  6. Green chilli 3/4
  7. red chili 1
  8. Turmic powder 1tablespoon
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Oil as per necessary

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add fish mix with turmic powder,salt ,keep it for 15 minutes.
  2. Take a kodai add oil fry those fishes deeply.
  3. Keep it on a plate.
  4. Add cumin seeds,bay leaves,green chillies,red chili,stir it 5/6 minutes.
  5. Add ginger and garlic paste stir it well .
  6. After 10 minutes add fried fishes ,add salt litbit water and cover it for 15 minutes for low flame.
  7. Now it's cooked add musambi juice 4/5tablespoon,remove it.
  8. It's to serve with plane stream rice rohu musambi,thank you.
