Paneer bhurji is most famous in north indian breakfast recipes.it is made from crumbled paneer.The whole is sauted onion-tomatoes to which crumbled paneer is added.Its a quick recipe.we ate with food as i tried it for first time today afternoon.you can have with rotis/pulkas/parathas/rolls/in pav..etc..

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer 200 grams
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 3 spoons oil
  6. 1 Spoon cumin seeds
  7. Salt 1 tbsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  10. Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  11. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  12. Chopped coriander 2 spoons

Instructions

  1. Take 250 grams of paneer and chop into pieces
  2. Add it to a bowl add water to it keep on stove for 5 minutes
  3. it becomes soft ,drain out water from paneer pieces and then crumble it and keep a side
  4. Take one onion
  5. Chop into pieces
  6. Take tomato and green chilli
  7. Chop into pieces
  8. Switch on stove .Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds fry till they get brown
  9. Add chopped onion and green chillies fry till onions become transparent
  10. Then add salt
  11. Add turmeric powder stir well.
  12. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till they become soft
  13. Add chopped coriander
  14. Add garam masala
  15. Add coriander powder
  16. Mix well.saute for 1 minute
  17. Add crumbled paneer.stir well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
  18. Add chilli powder and stir well cook for 2 minutes and switch off the stove
  19. Paneer bhurji is ready to serve
