  1. Prawns_200gm finely chopped
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Minced spring onion-1 tablespoon
  4. Crushed pepper_1/2 tablespoon
  5. Egg white_1
  6. Slice bread_6( cut in to cube)
  7. Green chilly _3
  8. Oil_1 cup

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD 200 GM FINELY CHOPPED PRAWNS,SALT TO TASTE,1 TABLESPOON MINCED SPRING ONION,
  2. HALF TABLESPOON CRUSHED PEPPER,3 GREEN CHILLYAND ONE EGG WHITE
  3. MIX UNTIL COMPLETELY COMBINED.
  4. IN ONE HAND TAKE SOME CUBED BREAD AND PLACE ONE TABLESPPON OF PRAWN MIXTURE ON TOP.FORM A BALL.
  5. COMPRESS THE BALL IN YOUR TO FORM THE BALL AND MAKE SURE THE PRAWN AND BREAD MIXTURE HOLD TOGETHER
  6. REFRIGERATE THE BALLS FOR HALF AN HOUR.
  7. DEEP FRY PRAWN BALLS IN A MEDIUM FLAME.
  8. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
