Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Okra ( bhindi) 500gm
  2. Onion 1 big size
  3. Tomatoes 2 medium size
  4. Garlic 2-3
  5. Green chilli 3-4
  6. Coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder 1tsp
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. WASH OKRA( BHINDI) AND CHOP IT
  2. TAKE 2TBSP OIL IN A PAN AND FRY IT TILL THE STICKINESS GOES OFF ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  3. KEEP ASIDE AND PREPARE MASALA
  4. CHOP 1 BIG SIZE ONION, 2-3 GREEN CHILLI'S AND GARLIC
  5. CHOP 2 MEDIUM SIZE TOMATOES
  6. TAKE 3-4 TBSP OIL ADD CUMIN SEEDS, CHOPPED GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLI
  7. AFTER THE CHILLI AND GARLIC TURNS GOLDEN ADD CHOPPED ONION
  8. WHEN THE ONION TURNS GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOUR ADD CHOPPED CHOPPED TOMATOES
  9. AFTER THE TOMATOES GET MASHED ADD TURMERIC POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER AND SALT
  10. AFTER 2-3 MIN ADD OKRA'S
  11. FRY IT FOR 10 MIN ON LOW FLAME WITHOUT COVERING IT
  12. MASALA BHINDI IS READY
