Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Diced raw mango 4 kg
  2. Salt 800 gms
  3. Turmeric 3 tbsp
  4. Rai ki daal 800 gms
  5. Methi powder 50 gms
  6. Three mango red chilli powder 800 gms
  7. Hing 2 gms
  8. Ginger garlic paste 800gms
  9. Ground nut oil 3 ltrs

Instructions

  1. PUT 4 KG DICED RAW MANGO IN A BIG TUB...ADD 800 GMS OF SALT
  2. ADD TWO TBSP TURMERIC N MIX WELL..
  3. COVER AND KEEP THE TUB IN COOL PLACE FOR THREE DAYS.MIX IT ONCE A DAY N COVER N KEEP ASIDE.
  4. AFTER THREE DAYS. SALTY WATER WILL BE RELEASED..DONT DISCARD IT..NOW ADD 50 GMS METHI POWDER
  5. ADD 2 GMS HING AND 800 GMS OF GRINDED RAI KI DAAL
  6. ADD 800 GMS OF RED THREE MANGO CHILLI POWDER..
  7. HEAT 3 LITRES OF GROUNDNUT OIL N KEEP ASIDE..ONCE COOLED...ADD IT INTO THIS MIXTURE..
  8. MIX IT PROPERLY..
  9. NOW ADD 800 GMS OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE CLEAN N FREE OF MOISTURE..
  10. MIX IT WELL.LET IT STAND FOR 3 DAYS FOR PROPER TASTE. READY TO STORE FOR WHOLE YEAR IN CLEAN JARS
