  1. Ripe mango ...6
  2. Jaggery.....450 gram
  3. Rice flour....2 spoon
  4. Verry little Rock salt
  5. Coconut milk.....3 cup
  6. Cashew and dry grapes
  7. Ghee....1 spoon
  8. Water.

Instructions

  1. PEEL THE MANGO SKIN
  2. ADD WATER AND SQUEEZE THEM
  3. ADD THE PULP FROM SKIN AND SQUEEZE LITTLE
  4. ON THE STOVE
  5. LET IT BOIL
  6. ADD JAGGERY
  7. LET JAGGERY MELT AND MIX
  8. MIX RICEFLOUR AND WATER
  9. ADD THE RICEFLOUR MIXTURE
  10. ADD VERY LITTLE ROCK SALT
  11. ADD COCONUT MILK
  12. LET IT BOIL
  13. ADD GHEE
  14. ADD GRAPES AND CASHEW
  15. ADD THIS FRIED CACHEWS AND DY GRAPES
  16. SOUTH INDIAN STYLE MANGO PAYASA IS READY
