Ingredients Serving: 4
1 cup suji(Rava)
3 cup water
2 green chilli
1/4 tsp chat masala
Salt as per taste.
1/2 cup grated paneer
1/4 tsp jeera powder
Oil for frying
3 tbsp oil
2 chopped Onion
2 chopped tomatoes
Small piece of ginger
2 dry red chilli
1 tbsp kitchen king masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp kasuri methi
Instructions
IN A PAN ADD 1 CUP SUJI
ROAST FOR A 5 MINUTES
ADD 2 CUP OF WATER.
MIX IT WELL
ADD 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND SALT.
MIX AND AND COOK IT WELL.
ADD SUJI MIXTURE IN A PLATE.
LET IT COOL DOWN.
ONCE MIXTURE COOL DOWN ADD 1/2 CUP OF GRATED PANEER
ADD 1 TSP CHAT MASALA AND JEERA POWDER.
ADD 1 TSP OF OIL.
MAKE BALLS.
GIVE PROPER SHAPE.
KEEP ASIDE.
IN A KADAI,ADD OIL FOR FRYING.
ONCE OIL GET HOT ENOUGH ADD THE KOFTAS IN IT.
FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
TAKE KOFTAS ON THE PAPER NAPKIN.
IN A PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL
ADD 2 CHOPPED ONIONS.
ADD 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND SMALL PIECE OF GINGER.
ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES.
STIR IT WELL TILL IT BECOME SOFT.
TAKE A MIXTURE IN A MIXER JAR.
MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE.
AGAIN ADD 2 TBSP OIL IN A PAN.
ADD 2 DRY RED CHILLIES.
ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER.
ADD 1 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND SMOOTH PUREE.
MIX WELL.
ADD HALF TBSP CORIANDER POWDER.
ADD 1 TBSP KITCHEN KING MASALA.
MIX WELL.
ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SALT.
STIR WELL.
ADD 1 CUP WATER.
COOK GREAVY FOR 5 MINUTES.
ADD 1 TSP KASURI METHI.
NOW ADD KOFTA IN GRAVY AND TURN OF THE FLAME.
MIX IT CAREFULLY.
SUJI KOFTA CURRY IS READY TO SERVE.
SERVE IMMIDETELY.
