Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup suji(Rava)
  2. 3 cup water
  3. 2 green chilli
  4. 1/4 tsp chat masala
  5. Salt as per taste.
  6. 1/2 cup grated paneer
  7. 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  8. Oil for frying
  9. 3 tbsp oil
  10. 2 chopped Onion
  11. 2 chopped tomatoes
  12. Small piece of ginger
  13. 2 dry red chilli
  14. 1 tbsp kitchen king masala
  15. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  16. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  17. 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  18. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  19. 1 tsp kasuri methi

Instructions

  1. IN A PAN ADD 1 CUP SUJI
  2. ROAST FOR A 5 MINUTES
  3. ADD 2 CUP OF WATER.
  4. MIX IT WELL
  5. ADD 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND SALT.
  6. MIX AND AND COOK IT WELL.
  7. ADD SUJI MIXTURE IN A PLATE.
  8. LET IT COOL DOWN.
  9. ONCE MIXTURE COOL DOWN ADD 1/2 CUP OF GRATED PANEER
  10. ADD 1 TSP CHAT MASALA AND JEERA POWDER.
  11. ADD 1 TSP OF OIL.
  12. MAKE BALLS.
  13. GIVE PROPER SHAPE.
  14. KEEP ASIDE.
  15. IN A KADAI,ADD OIL FOR FRYING.
  16. ONCE OIL GET HOT ENOUGH ADD THE KOFTAS IN IT.
  17. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  18. TAKE KOFTAS ON THE PAPER NAPKIN.
  19. IN A PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL
  20. ADD 2 CHOPPED ONIONS.
  21. ADD 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND SMALL PIECE OF GINGER.
  22. ADD 2 CHOPPED TOMATOES.
  23. STIR IT WELL TILL IT BECOME SOFT.
  24. TAKE A MIXTURE IN A MIXER JAR.
  25. MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE.
  26. AGAIN ADD 2 TBSP OIL IN A PAN.
  27. ADD 2 DRY RED CHILLIES.
  28. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER.
  29. ADD 1 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND SMOOTH PUREE.
  30. MIX WELL.
  31. ADD HALF TBSP CORIANDER POWDER.
  32. ADD 1 TBSP KITCHEN KING MASALA.
  33. MIX WELL.
  34. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SALT.
  35. STIR WELL.
  36. ADD 1 CUP WATER.
  37. COOK GREAVY FOR 5 MINUTES.
  38. ADD 1 TSP KASURI METHI.
  39. NOW ADD KOFTA IN GRAVY AND TURN OF THE FLAME.
  40. MIX IT CAREFULLY.
  41. SUJI KOFTA CURRY IS READY TO SERVE.
  42. SERVE IMMIDETELY.
