2Cups mashed potato
1Cup soaked poha
1/2Cup grated paneer
1Tsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste
1/2Tsp roasted cummin seeds powder
1/2 Tsp garam masala powder
Oil for frying
Bread crumbs 1bowl
2Tbsp all purpose flour
Little water for slurry
Method of chutney
2Cups fresh corriander leaves
3Green chillys
1Lemon juice
1/2Cup coconut grated
4-5 Garlic cloves
Salt as per taste
Instructions
ADD 2CUPS OF MASHED POTATO TO BOWL
ADD 1CUP SOAKED AND DRAINED POHA
ADD 1/2 CUP OF GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE
ADD 1TSP OF RED CHILLY POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
2-3CRUSHED GREEN CHILLY
1TSP OF ROASTED CUMMIN SEED POWDER
1TSP OF GARAM MASALA POWDER
BIND THE DOUGH
IT SHOULD BE LITTLE HARDER THAN ROTI DOUGH
ADD FRESH CORRIANDER LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLIES TO MIXER GRINDER
ADD GARLIC
ADD GRATED COCONUT
ADD LEMON JUICE
CONSISTENCY SHOULD BE DRY THAN NORMAL CHUTNEY
ADD 2TSP OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR TO A BOWL AND LITTLE WATER TO MAKE SLURRY
TAKE SMALL PORTION OF POTATO DOUGH AND FLATTEN WITH YOUR HAND AND ADD CHUTNEY IN MIDDLE
COVER FROM ALL SIDES
DIP IN SLURRY AND ROLL IN BREAD CRUMBS
ADD BOMBS TO HOT OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
REMOVE THEM AS THEY TURN GOLDEN
SERVE IN SERVING PLATE WITH KETCHUP
YOU CAN SEE CHUTNEY IN MIDDLE . . ENJOY CHUTNEY BOMBS
