Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl soya
  2. 1 medium size potato
  3. 2 medium size onions
  4. 2 medium size tomatoes
  5. 2 green chillies
  6. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1 and a half tbsp coriander powder
  9. 1 tsp bhuna jeera
  10. 1 tsp lal mirch
  11. 1 tsp haldi
  12. 1 tsp garam masala
  13. 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  14. 1 and a half tbsp salt
  15. 3 tbsp fresh cream
  16. 1 tsp khaskhas
  17. Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 GLASS OF WATER IN A PAN & BOIL IT ON HIGH FLAME.THEN ADD 1 TBSP OF SALT & 1 BOWL SOYA
  2. BOIL IT FOR A MINUTE
  3. NOW STRAIN ALL SOYA & PUT IT ON A NORMAL WATER.
  4. NOW DRAIN ALL WATER FROM SOYA & KEEP ASIDE
  5. TAKE 2 MEDIUM SIZE OF TOMATOES
  6. 2 GREEN CHILLIES & 1 TSP OF KHASKHAS(POSTADANA)& GRIND ALL THE INGREDIENTS
  7. PUT 2 TBSP OF OIL IN THE KADHAI
  8. NOW ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS & HALF TBSP OF CORIANDER POWDER
  9. ADD 2 MEDIUM SIZE OF ONIONS
  10. 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE & MIX IT WELL
  11. ADD ALL MASALA IN THE KADHAI & SAUTE WELL
  12. NOW ADD SALT & MIX WELL
  13. NOW KEEP ASIDE ALL THE MASALA & COOL IT
  14. NOW GRIND IT N A GRINDER & MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE
  15. NOW THIS IS READY
  16. TAKE A HOT KADHAI & PUT ALL THE MASALAIN THAT
  17. ADD 1 THSP KASURI METHI
  18. 3 TBSP FRESH CREAM & MIX WELL
  19. COVER THE PAN FOR A MINUTE
  20. ADD TOMATO PASTE & SAUTE WELL
  21. ADD SOYA & 1 MEDIUM SIZE OF POTATO
  22. ADD 1 GLASS OF WATER & MIX IT
  23. COVER THE PAN & COOK IT ON LOW FLAME
  24. NOW IT'S READY TO SERVE IN THE BOWL
  25. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
