Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl chana
  2. 1 medium size onion
  3. 1 capsicum
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp soya sauce
  7. 1 tbsp white vinegar
  8. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  9. 3 tbsp Schezwan sauce or red chilli sauce
  10. Half tsp black pepper
  11. 1 tsp herbs
  12. Half tsp chilli flakes
  13. 1 tbsp salt
  14. 1 cup cornflower
  15. Oil for frying
  16. 2 tbsp oil
  17. 1 glass water

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 BOWL BOILED CHANA & PUT IT IN THE BOWL
  2. ADD 4 TBSP CORNFLOWER
  3. MIX OT GENTLY
  4. TAKE 2 TBSP OF WATER & PUT IT ON THE CHANA
  5. MIX IT WELL
  6. AND POUR IT IN TO ANOTHER BOWL
  7. ADD 5 TBSP CORNFLOWER
  8. MIX IT AGAIN
  9. COVER THE BOWL & KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MINUTES
  10. NOW DEEP FRY CHANA IN HOT OIL
  11. NOW IT'S GOLDEN IN COLOUR PUT IT ON THE PLATE
  12. ADD 2 TBSP OF OIL IN THE KADHAI
  13. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES & 1 ONION
  14. SAUTE WELL
  15. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE & MIX IT
  16. ADD 1 CAPSICUM & SAUTE WELL
  17. ADD HALF TSP OF BLACK PAPPER & 1 TBSP OF SALT & MIX WELL
  18. ADD 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE,1 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR & 3 TBSP SCHEZWAN SAUCE OR RED CHILLI SAUCE
  19. ADD 1 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE & MIX WELL
  20. ADD 1 TSP HERBS & HALF TSP CHILLI FLAKES & MIX IT AGAIN
  21. ADD HALF GLASS OF WATER & BOIL IT
  22. TAKE 1 TSP CORNFLOWER MIX IT WITH 1 TSP WATER & ADD IN TO THE SAUCE
  23. PUT ALL THE CHANA IN TO THE SAUCE & MIX IT
  24. COVER THE PAN FOR A WHILE
  25. ADD 1 TSP HONEY & MIX IT AGAIN
  26. NOW CHANA IS READY TO SERVE IN THE BOWL
