I have some boiled leftover chana in freeze so i make these kababs.these are very yummy and melting in mouth.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup boiled chana
  2. 1 inch ginger
  3. 2 tsp curd
  4. 1/2 cupp chopped onion
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 3 garlic cloves
  7. 5 mint leaves
  8. 2 tbsp chop coriander leaves
  9. 1 tsp Salt
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsp haldi
  12. 1 tsp coriander powder
  13. 1 tsp garam masala
  14. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  15. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  16. 1 lemon juice
  17. 3 tbsp Pieces of cashew nuts
  18. Oil for shallow frying
  19. Green chutney for serving
  20. Salad
  21. 1 cup bread crumb

Instructions

  1. TAKE BOILED CHANA IN A MIXI
  2. ADD ONION
  3. GARLIC PASTE
  4. AND LEMON JUICE
  5. ADD CURD
  6. MINT LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLI AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  7. NOW ADD SALT
  8. RED CHILLI PPOWDER,HALDI AND JEERA AND GRIND ALL OF THEM
  9. MAKE A PASTE
  10. TAKE OUT IN BOWL AND ADD BREAD CRUMBS
  11. ADD JEERA PPOWDER,JEERA,SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER AND PEPPER
  12. MIX ALL OF THEM
  13. ADD CASHEW PIECES AND GREEN CHUTNEY
  14. NOW TAKE OIL IN PALM AND MAKE KABABS
  15. INSERT SAATE STICK IN IT
  16. MAKE ALL KABABS LIKE THAT
  17. HEAT TAWA AND ADD OILPUT KABABS ON TAWA AT A SIM HEAT
  18. COOK KABABS FROM ALL SIDES
  19. OUR BABABS ARE READY.SPRINKLE SOME CHAAT MASALA
  20. SERVE WITH SALAD AND GREEN CHUTNEY
  21. ENJOY THESE CHANA KABABS
