Great Brunch idea,these taco formed from mini savoury uttapams with cooked chicken mince and cheese with onion and some ketchup drizzled for tang there.Yumm n wow!!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 1/2 cup Dosa batter
  2. 1/2 cup chicken kheema
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 2-3 tblspn oil
  5. 1 green chilli chopped fine
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 Cheese slices
  8. Some corriander leaves chopped
  9. Chilli flakes optional
  10. Tomato kethup

Instructions

  1. 1 ONION CHOPPED,1/2 CUP DOSA BATTER,1/2CUP READY CHICKEN KHEEMA,CHILLI FLAKES, SALT TO TASTE ,CORRIANDER
  2. HEAT 1TBLSPN OIL IN A PAN
  3. ADD SALT TO BATTER,TAKE SPOONFUL ENUGH TO POUR OUT A SMALL SIZE UTTAPAM,POUR OUT AS PER SIZE OF YOUR FRY PAN
  4. ADD CHOPPED ONION AND SOME GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED ON EACH MINI UTTAPAMS IN PAN,COOK ON SLOW GAS
  5. ADD SPOON FUL OF KHEEMA ON EACH UTTAPAM SPREAD A LITTLE
  6. CUT OUT SQUARE PIECES OF CHEESE SLICE AND START PLACING ON THE KHEEMA ON UTTAPAMS
  7. TURN THE UTTAPAMS UPSIDE TO COOK CHEESE KHEEMA LEAVING SOME OIL FROM SIDES IF TOO DRY
  8. ONCE DONE REMOVE IN A PLATE TO SERVE
  9. GARNISH WITH SOME CORRIANDER LEAVES
  10. SIMILARLY MAKE MORE
  11. GARNISH WITH CORRIANDER
  12. DRIZZLE SOME TOMATO KETCHUP ON ALL UTTAPAMS RANDOM
