  2. Grated paneer 1 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ghee 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. GRATED BEETROOT, PANEER
  2. ADD SALT
  3. MIX WELL TILL THE FORMATION OF DOUGH
  4. TRANSFER INTO HEATED TAWA
  5. SPREAD AND GIVE DESIRED SHAPE, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK IN LOW FLAME FOR 4 MINUTES
  6. OPEN THE LID, SPRINKLE SOME GHEE
  7. FLIP AND COOK FOR 4 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME
  8. PRESS IT TO COOK EVENLY
  9. CHECK THE COOKNESS, REMOVE AND SERVE
