A very healthy , tasty tummy filling breakfast..

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled grated beetroot...2
  2. Paneer...1/2cup
  3. Boiled peas...1/2cup
  4. pineapple...1/2cup
  5. Boiled potato...1
  6. Olive oil...1tspn
  7. Curd...5tspn
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper powder...1/2tspn
  10. Tomato sauce ..1tspn(optional)
  11. sugar..1tspn

Instructions

  1. Boil grated beetroot,peas & potato.
  2. Mix curd, sugar, salt, olive oil & pepper powder in a bowl.
  3. Now mix vegetables,pineapple & crumbled paneer with curd mixture. Keep rest in fridge for 15 mins.
  4. After 15 mins take out the bowl from fridge & serve it chilled in a plate.
