This is a quick and easy recipe to make cream cheese at home, which can be further used to make decadent deserts for any occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 liter of Full Fat milk
  2. 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  3. 1 Teaspoon of Thick curd / yogurt

Instructions

  1. HEAT A 1 LITER OF FULL FAT MILK
  2. BOIL WELL
  3. ONCE BOILED THE MILK ADD 1 TEASPOON OF LEMON JUICE AND
  4. MILK IS START TO CURDLE SO SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  5. DRAIN THE WATER (MUSLIN CLOTH) AND SAVE THE CHENNA FOR CREAM CHEESE
  6. WASHED THE FRESH WATER
  7. SQUEEZE WELL
  8. CHENNA IS READY BUT IT'S HOT SO ALLOW IT COOL FOR 15 -20 MINUTES
  9. AFTER 15 MINUTES TRANSFER THE CHENNA INTO THE PLATE
  10. THEN TAKE A MIXER JAR / FOOD PROCESSOR ADD CHENNA AND GRIND WELL
  11. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF SALT
  12. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF THICK CURD / YOGURT AND AGAIN GRIND WELL
  13. OUR CREAM CHEESE IS READY, IT'S LIKE A VELVETY TEXTURE
  14. TRANSFER THE BOWL AND IF YOU WISH YOU CAN ADD SOME GARLIC POWDER YOU USED SAVOURY SPREAD
  15. TAKE A BUTTER PAPER ADD CREAM CHEESE
  16. SHAPE THE CHEESE
  17. CLOSE THE BUTTER PAPER IN SQUARE SHAPE
  18. YOU CAN STORE A FRIDGE FOR 2 DAYS
  19. YOU CAN ADD SOME ICING SUGAR BEAT WELL YOUR CREAM CHEESE FROSTING IS READY YOU CAN USE YOUR FAVOURITE CAKES AND COOKIES
