These crunchy crispy popcorn pakouda are made up with act II microwave butter popcorn.easy to make and yummy to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 cup popped popcorn
  2. 3/4cup chickpea flour
  3. 1/2teaspoon red chilli powder
  4. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  5. 1teaspoon black pepper
  6. 1teaspoon mango powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 cup chopped onion
  9. 1/4cup green corriander
  10. 2 chopped green chilli
  11. Oil to fry
  12. Water as required

Instructions

  1. POP THE CORN AS INSTRUCTED ON THE PACK, REMOVE & KEEP ASIDE IN A BOWL ONCE DONE
  2. TAKE 3/4 CUP CHICKPEA FLOUR, ADD SOME WATER, MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER
  3. ADD SALT & RED CHILLI POWDER TO TASTE
  4. ADD AMCHUR POWDER & ROASTED CUMIN POWDER TO TASTE
  5. ADD PEPPER POWDER TO TASTE, 1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER & 1-2 GREEN CHILLIES
  7. ADD SOME MORE WATER, MIX TILL SMOOTH
  8. ADD 5 CUPS OF THE READY POPCORN
  9. MIX WELL
  10. HEAT OIL IN A WOK
  11. DEEP FRY SMALL POPCORN BALLS FROM THE BATTER
  12. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  13. CRISP & CRUNCHY POPCORN PAKORAS ARE READY
