Bite sized crunchy juicy chicken in a buttery popcorn batter

Ingredients Serving: 4

Boneless chicken 500gms,
vinegar 2tsp,
salt and white oli few drops for seasoning season
Popcorn kernels,
butter 2tsp,
garlic powder
1 egg and flour/ cornflour mix for coating

Instructions

Season the chicken and marinate for at least half hour
Make popcorn in microwave as per packet instruction and add butter and garlic powder, make a powder in mixer and store
Take the chicken pieces and first coat in flour/ cornflour mix followed by beaten egg mix and finally in popcorn powder
Deep fry and drain excess oil in tissue paper
