Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Raw Banana boiled 3
  2. Jeera I tsp
  3. Turmeric powder a pinch
  4. Water
  5. Tamarind 1 gooseberry sized
  6. Red chilli 1
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  10. Red chilli broken 1 piece

Instructions

  1. ADD WATER, TURMERIC POWDER AND COOK RAW BANANAS FOR A WHISTLE
  2. PEAL IT AFTER COOL
  3. COMBINE PEALED BANANAS, TURMERIC POWDER, JEERA, TAMARIND, RED CHILLI, SALT AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
  5. DO SEASONING, ADD AND SERVE
